Responding thoughtfully to the existing home, this addition is conceived as a harmonious yet distinct extension, complementing the original architecture while asserting its own presence. The main level is dedicated to wellness, anchored by a large, luxurious spa with custom water features.

Adjacent spaces include a massage room, sauna, steam room, and a light-filled area for yoga, fostering balance and restoration in every experience. A breezeway connects the gym to the existing home, framing expansive views of the open fields and mountains to the south.
