The main level is dedicated to wellness, anchored by a large, luxurious spa with custom water features that establish a serene, contemplative atmosphere. Adjacent spaces include a massage room, sauna, and steam room, as well as a light-filled area for yoga, fostering balance and restoration in every experience. A light-filled breezeway connects the gym to the existing home, framing expansive views of the open fields and mountains to the south.
